Been getting many questions about why I have not been with the team in the pre season and the reason is because I fractured my ankle bad in training just before the cup final end of last season. Was very hard for me at the time. But this is part of the game! I left immediately to Qatar to have my operation done and stayed there for 2 months doing my rehab and a lot of work to get me back as soon as possible. having spent the last 3 months training harder then I ever have done before. I am now very close to be fully back with the team again! ready for a new season! Want to thank everyone at @aspetar for looking so good after me! The place is really amazing and all an athlete could ask for. with all the best equipment to keep fit and to stay in best possible shape while injured!
