Η ποδοσφαιρική οικογένεια της Μπαρτσελόνα τίμησε με ιδιαίτρο τρόπο τη μνήμη των θυμάτων της τρομοκρατικής επίθεσης στη Βαρκελώνη, μέσω ξεχωριστής φανέλας (PHOTOS).

Το παιχνίδι κόντρα στην Μπέτις είχε ιδιαίτερη σημασία για τους ανθρώπους της Μπαρτσελόνα: όχι για το γεγονός πως σηματοδότησε το ξεκίνημα της ομάδας στη φετινή Primera Division (ντεμπούτο για Ερνέστο Βαλβέρδε στον πάγκο σε ματς πρωταθλήματος) αλλά επειδή ήταν το πρώτο μετά την πρόσφατη αιματηρή τρομοκρατική επίθεση στην πρωτεύουσα της Καταλωνίας.

Μάλιστα τα θύματα της τρομοκρατίας η "Μπάρσα" τα τίμησε με ιδιαίτερο τρόπο αφού οι παίκτες των "μπλαουγκράνα" φόρεσαν όλοι φανέλες που στο πίσω μέρος δεν αναγραφόταν το όνομα του καθενός αλλά η λέξη Barcelona (Βαρκελώνη) ώστε να δείξουν την αλληλεγγύη τους στους ανθρώπους που είδαν αγαπημένα τους πρόσωπα να χάνουν τη ζωή τους μετά από αυτό το "τυφλό" χτύπημα.
