Σύμφωνα με το Goal.com η Μάντσεστερ Σίτι προσπέρασε όλες τις ανταγωνίστριες ομάδες και συμφώνησε με την Σαχτάρ για τον 24χρονο Φρεντ.

Ο Βραζιλιάνος μέσος, έχει δείξει εξαιρετικό πρόσωπο με τη φανέλα του ουκρανικού κλαμπ και προσέλκυσε ομάδες όπως η Σίτι και η Γιουνάιτεντ.
